The processing of personal data will be carried out by the Regional Directorate of Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness (RDEC), in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, approved by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and with the National Personal Data Law, Law No. 58/2019 of 08 of August, which operates its national transposition, referring data processing issues to the electronic address

In compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, approved by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the National Data Protection Commission (NDPC) or others that may be legally constituted in the event of a personal data breach will be alerted.

The personal data collected are intended for the operationalization of, after which, the personal data provided will only have statistical purposes, such as studies, analyzes or investigations regarding participation, execution of projects, geographical distribution, as well as other information pertinent to the improvement of the services.

The RDEC is bound by confidentiality in relation to the personal data to which it has access in the context of its operationalization, being duly informed of the importance of complying with this legal duty of secrecy and being responsible for its non-compliance.

The RDEC undertakes to ensure the quality and integrity of the information provided by the users of the website, and to this end has implemented the necessary measures, both at the technological and organizational level, in order to maintain safe, accurate, up-to-date and complete information.

Statistical log files

The IP addresses of all connections to the Site are recorded. This information will be used to perform aggregated statistical analyses and no relationship with the service and interactions with users will be established.

The website shall monitor all statistical information relating to its use in an aggregated and anonymous form.

Analyses made from the aggregated statistical information will be carried out to interpret the patterns of use of the Site and continuously improve service levels and user satisfaction. The aggregated statistical information resulting from the analyses carried out may be disclosed to third parties or published.
